Documents needed for rental: 

  1. In case of Individual Tenants these are the following:
  • ID card or passport
  • Address card or any other official card which certifying home adress
  • Valid cathegory „B” driving license older than 3 years
  • Tax card or social insurance card (for foreigners: embossed lettering card)
  • 1 utility bill and the proof document of its payment (check or bank statement)
  1. In case of Company Tenants these are the following:
  • Certificate of incorporation not older than 3 years
  • Specimen signature
  • Firm stamp
  • If you aren’t the signatory to the company then an official Attorney
  1. Each driver in relation to the issuing of driving license:
  • ID card or passport
  • Address card or any other official card which certifying home adress
  • Valid „B” cathegory driving license older than 3 years

Conditions of renting:

  • Rentals in any case cover for 1 day (24 hours). This is the smallest rental unit. In all cases, the 1 day is meant by the date of the takeover of the car and the same date of the next day. All started plus day is expected to an additional rental unit (day) and the contract daily fee should be paid for it.
  • One day’s (rental unit) price includes a travelled 400 km. If this is exceeded projected to the total rental days, then extra km’s price should be paid after the surplus kms.
  • For the confirmation and the reservation of the rent in the required time it’s necessary to fill and sign the „Car rental reservation agreement”, as well as 30% of the full rental should be paid as a property.
  • The rental fee includes the price of the annual Hungarian highway sticker, the responsibility and CASCO premium’s price, as well as other public burdens of the vehicle.
  • The car will be handed over cleaned outside and inside and fully fueled. The Tenant is required to give back in this state.
  • All other costs (eg: fuel, foreign road user charges, parking fees, ferry, etc) incurred during the rental period are charged to the Tenant.
  • The rental fee in each case is payable at the beginning of the rent, the handover of the vehicle.
  • For the security of the rent, 500 € deposit should be paid at the same time, which will be returned for the Tenant in case of seamless renting. Deposit payment isn’t necessary if the renting is happening together with our driver.
  • The Tenant should use the vehicle and its all accessories in accordance with the operating instructions, due care to use, manage and protect. Any damage arising from the non-respect of this, the Tenant owes full financial responsibility.
  • During the rental period, only the named persons in the contract are rightholders to drive the rented vehicle , who are receiving the power of attorney separately, with the driver’s license issued them.
  • IN THE RENTED VEHICLE SMOKING AND TRANSPORTING LIVE ANIMAL IS FORBIDDEN!
  • The vehicle is expressly PROHIBITED:
  • to rent out or lend, to cede the drive to any person who aren’t listed on the rental agreement without the prior written consent of the Lessor,
  • to use for passenger and freight transport business without the permission of the Lessor and the competent authority,
  • to use for car racing or preparation (training) for that,
  • to use for towing other vehicle unless the Lessor leased specifically for the purpose of towing,
  • to illegally transport duitable goods or people without proper travel documents,
  • to use the car in a higher speed than the maximum allowed 130 km/h,
  • to use in the case of leak of coolant or lubes, or the failure indication of the control instruments,
  • to drive in inappropriate driving condition, in particular alcohol, drugs or influence of medicines, or to cede the drive to a person under such influence.

 

Surcharges payable for breach the rental conditions:

  • If the daily 400 km in total is exceeded projected to the total rental days, then extra km’s price should be paid after the surplus kms. (In our initial promotion this is 8 c +VAT / km)
  • In case of late return of the car (after the half-hour grace period) a full day’s rental fee will be charged.
  • The Tenant owes the financial responsibility for any damage caused to the vehicle, independently from the cause of the damage is known or unknown.
  • The Tenant takes full responsibility for the infractions (penal, offense, administrative) during the rental period and takes note that in connection with the present car hire susequent costs may arise, (eg.: damage, compensation, refueling or cleaning costs, punishment for traffic offenses, administrative fines, parking surchanges, fines for failure of highway toll’s purchase), for which the Tenant acknowledges its responsibility and also undertakes to reimburse these costs!
  • If the Tenant fails to report for the Lessor that any payment obligation is not fullfilled, then in addition to the payment of the debt, the Tenant is required to pay further 16. 67 € +VAT administrative charge.
  • If the Tenant is unable to hand back the vehicle clean, then the Lessor sells off 10.5 € +VAT for external cleaning and further 10.5 € for the internal cleaning.
  • IN THE RENTED VEHICLE SMOKING AND TRANSPORTING LIVE ANIMAL IS FORBIDDEN! For this violation the Tenant is required to pay 166. 67 € +VAT compensation.
  • The maximum speed of the vehicle is 130 km/h.If this is exceeded according to the GPS tracking data, also independently from official inspection, the Tenant is required to pay surcharge for the Lessor. The surcharge depends on the extent and duration of the exceedance. Occasionally, after every 5 km/h and 5 minutes 10 € +VAT is payable.
  • In case of any delay in payment obligations towards the Lessor, the Tenant is required to pay the corresponding default of the twice of the current central ban base rate and 10 € +VAT one-time administration fee.
